I went to my first pilates class 15 years ago and instantly loved how my body and mind felt. My body became stronger, leaner and my posture completely changed. After practicing pilates regularly alongside my corporate job I decided I wanted to teach and qualified with the prestigious STOTT PILATES 7 years ago

The STOTT PILATES method has been described as the ‘Ivy League’ of pilates education and is extremely thorough, focusing on postural alignment, anatomy and achieving a balanced, revitalised body.

My approach is lighthearted whilst being very specific to your goals and what your body needs. Pilates really is for everyone, regardless of shape, age or ability and I’m excited to help make your body feel good!
